Zoe holds a Master of Clinical Audiology and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Melbourne. Zoe specialises in adult aural rehabilitation and has worked in this area since 2019. Zoe's PhD explored ways to improve communication between clients and audiologists during audiology appointments. The findings from this work have been published in leading journals in the field. Zoe is also an Associate Lecturer for the Master of Clinical Audiology degree. She is involved in research projects across a range of topics, contributing to improved outcomes for audiology clients as well as improving the experience, and outcomes, of clinical education for audiology students.
